Brow Aftercare Instructions
Aftercare for Nano Brows, Powder Brows & Permanent Makeup
Proper aftercare is essential to achieving beautiful, long-lasting results after your nano brows, powder brows, or permanent makeup procedure. Following these instructions will help support pigment retention, promote even healing, and ensure the best possible healed outcome.
What to Expect During Healing
It is normal to experience the following during the healing process:
Brows will appear darker and more defined immediately after the procedure.
Mild redness or tenderness may occur for the first 24–48 hours.
Light flaking or peeling may begin within several days.
Brows may appear patchy, lighter, or uneven during healing.
Color may fade significantly before returning as the skin fully heals.
These changes are a normal part of the healing process. Final healed results are typically visible after 4–6 weeks.
Important Aftercare Instructions
For the first 7–10 days:
Keep the brow area clean and dry.
Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms.
Do not pick, scratch, rub, or peel any flaking skin.
Avoid applying makeup directly on the treated area.
Avoid facial treatments, chemical peels, exfoliants, retinol, glycolic acid, and active skincare products near the brows.
Protect the area from excessive sun exposure.
Long-Term Brow Care
To help maintain beautiful, natural-looking brows:
Apply sunscreen to the brow area once fully healed.
Avoid frequent exfoliation directly over the brows.
Use caution with anti-aging products and chemical treatments around the brow area.
Schedule maintenance appointments as needed to keep your brows looking fresh and defined.
Complimentary Refinement Appointment
A complimentary refinement appointment is included to perfect and enhance your healed results.
We recommend booking your refinement appointment as soon as possible after your initial procedure. Refinement appointments must be completed within 10 weeks of the original service date.
Appointments scheduled beyond 10 weeks will be considered a maintenance touch-up and will be charged at the current maintenance pricing.
